800hd stuck on reboot

I have a dm 800 hd and it is stuck on reboot all im getting on the screen is nemesis 2.3 enigma 2 booting and i have tried unplugging it resetting the power button it will run for about 2 minutes and start all over again ready to trow it out the window at this stage but i am a novice thanks in advance for and help

I cant even get my computer to connect to it anymore i use teamviewer and never had a problem before but it just cant find it
