normally when you put a new sim in, you would flash a image for sim 2.10 when that is done do not reboot, switch off the box unplug it and then put your new sim in and then reboot the box

make sure the "on" power switch is not jammed or wedged in as this will give same symptoms with the box not booting, if all is well with the switch, then you could try and flash it with a image that's small in memory size, openpli or newnigma are small (44mb) , make sure you tick the button on web flashing interface to "reboot when complete". lastly if that don't work you can try with dreamup or optiflasher, both have an option to "recover bad sectors" tick it, you will need a null modem cable for this method. I am presuming the sim is not the issue as your box is getting as far as the web flashing interface, if it was sim related you would get other symptoms like "ca error", hopefully you somehow manage to get it going, report back how you get on please
