Hi folks. Have a problem with this , getting a lock in settings from my dish . But after I upload bouquets etc. getting tuner config message. When I go back into settings lock is lost . So after I get a lock again , same thing happens. Tried few different images , same prob.....

any help appreciated

Are you using Usals or Non Usals? Is Lat and Long definitely right for where you live? Andy

Andy cheers for the reply, tbh . It's a fixed dish , and usuals is off . Any other stb I've sorted it's been simple case off uploading bouquets and set sat, and bobs ur uncle sorted...

Have you actually been into tuner configuration and set the tuner up? Doesn't matter with a fixed dish what long or lat you have in but the tuner must be configured. Easiest way is simple, positioner. Andy

Yes bud turner set, bud when I get a lock , leave that menu . Hit say bbc 1 , I get a turner config message. ,go back into that menu , and the lock has dropped off

Could be a couple of things, are you saving the settings? Don't you have to select 28.2 on these boxes? Nit got one myself only the hd. Try a fresh set of bouquets? See if the tuner has came unseated? Try a new power supply? Andy.

Yes matey I have done that. Will try different bouquets, and get back to ya. Am just while ur here . I have an original 500 hd, best place to buy an drive for recording and multi epg, there's only an e sata on the back ...

when you go into the menu as andy says change positoner to disceq and select 28.2 save and you should be good to go
