Hi i am trying to install air player trough the panel under multimedia plugins .

I keep getting this error.. Could not lock /usr/lib/opkg/lock: No space left on device

any help would be great im wondering is my internal full of bloat that's causing lack of space.

hi m8 welcome to the forum remove any plugins you dont need i remove the media player

hi Chic,

ive used this image before and on trying a few others i reverted .. i haven't installed any other plugin other than cross epg ... i actually had air player working fine previously before testing other images and returning to my current image/ favorite image. Im just wondering could there be bloat left over from previous images ive tested. theres no media player in plugings list but seems to be built into image instead,, i actually ftp files over to dm to play and use media player from time to time .. have you any other ideas ... ???

where are you saving it to if its a hdd or a pen drive it could be full i ask this as you say No space left on device

im installing it from the panel under multimedia plugins .. i have a 250g internal hard drive .. but im sure the air player is trying to install to flash drive on device..

tried to uninstall a few plugins i get
collected errors:
Could not lock /usr/lib/opkg/lock: no space left on device
ALSO FREE SPACE ( 0.63 MB) TOTAL 60 MB

all sorted now ........ i gave up and re flashed .. installed cross epg and air player and 11mb still free . so fingers crossed it stays that way
