dm 800hd tune config not found

I have flashed my 800hd with elite 3.0, after that went into manul search mode --tuner config, there is no configuration found. means no satellite list.
What is to be done? do i have to ftp satellite.xml to show the satellites or is there anything else to configure the tuner.
please help me.

Does it say Tuner A Empty? Andy.

I was having blackhole image before now after reflash this is enigma image .
But i don't see any channels now.
It says
"service unavilable check tuner configuration"
how to tune my channels with this new image now.
when i saw provider , it shows BPL,DEMANDTV, STARTHUB
none of these were in my list previously, it used to be bSkyb
how do i tune to that provider now?

Where do you live? Is it a fixed dish or is it motorised?Have you added a new set of bouquets? When you flash a new image you have to set up the box again including network, tuner config, bouquets and the thing we cant talk about. You erase everything with new image, Andy.

Yes I live in U.K. I downloaded this image and flashed it, looks like now I've flashed wrong image..
can somebody help me which is the correct image and after that how do i have to configure tuner etc., please.
I have a fixed dish. not cable, as I posted my problem in cable forum yesterday, somebody pointed me to the image I burned last night.

As Andy91 pointed above "tuner config, bouquets" can someone please point to the threads how to do these things

You wont get an image from dk with CCcam on it so choose an image with Ts Panel so you can get what you need off there. Look on bottom of box and see if there's a sticker that says sim 2.01. Make sure you choose an image to match your sim or you will brick the box, Andy. Check your mail.
