format usb remount usb,goto crossepg-configure set storage device to your usb make sure all are yes apart from last option i put this on no.for example show force reload as plugin...no.schedual download once a day set what time you like.now go back by pressing red buttonnow update rytec providers and update xepgdb providers.now go to xepgdb providers enable and download uk channels in there.im guessing you were using opentv providers this doesn't update i used to have the same problem.
