Dm800 no power with tuner plugged in

Hi everyone had a wee bit of a problem with my dm800 everytime i turn it on now all i get is a flashing light on the lan but when i take the tuner out the box boots up, asked about and was told it may be the power supply but tried a new one in it today and still got the same has anyone else seen this before as was going to buy a new tuner but dont want to pay out incase i still get the same.

I take it that when you remove the tuner your putting it back it correctly !? , try removing the sim and putting that back in too and one other thing what ssl and image ? it might be an idea to try an earlier ssl and image than the one you have at the mo ! also if you know anyone with a working dm800 you could put the tuner into theirs and see if its working , good luck !
