No sky chanels?

Hi guys I need some help! I have a dreambox 800hd had this box over 6 months with no trouble.I turned it on sunday morning and non of the sky channels were working,i can get basic channels (free sat channels) ive checked that I have an active ip address and run network test and everything is confirmed/enabled and connected.then pressed the blue button and checked the cccam online servers and everything looks normal but I still get a black screen when I go on a sky channel? need help im out of ideas! oh and I checked my satfinder and my signal is %94 as it should be! any help would be appreciated .
