RAR FILES

Hi just downloaded medlock latest update gone to extract files which it does but not in a folder just a file that says this file does not have a programe associated with it is it my pc or am i doing something wrong any advice would be appreciated thanks mial

normally if i download a rar file i open it to reveal the rar file and click on the wizards head to extract to a place i want it,it may depend on the file extracted what it looks like. winrar is in the pc section i think if needed.
