dreambox 800hd clone HDD ISSUE

Hello, i am new to this forum but i just brought a clone dreambox 800 hd not se

and all has been fine but i noticed the tuner getting a little hot not that hot but was working fine for a week

but when i installed a harddrive its like the box gets hotter luckily i had a fan so plugged it in.
but today i wanted to see how does it go without fan and after 7 hours it got hot and tuner started to fail on only channel sky 1 HD

BUT OTHER PAYED CHANNELS WORKED FINE THEN SOON I GOT AUDIO ONLY SO I REBOOTED AND PUT FAN BACK ONTOP OF THE BOX AND IT WORKED

DO YOU THINK ITS A TUNER FAULT OR A OVERHEATING FAULT?
BECAUSE MY SELLER IS HAPPY TO SEND ME NEW TUNER?


IVE HAD 2 DREAMBOX 500S I THINK CLONES AND THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING PERFECT LIKE ANGELS LOL!

when installing hard drive its best to use a usb laptop cooler , they only few pounds, and then test it, as the dm800 is a small box and hard drive cramped in, its better to have some kind of cooler, the usb laptop coolers works well

Thanks im using a computer cpu fan now I just place it on top of the box does not even make any noise thank god

It least I know its not a tuner issue
