IMAGE PROBLEM

Hi been away 4 days switched box off 800 hd gone to switch box on image displayed on tv saying booting and then loading and that it just keeps saying loading all the time any advice please thanks mial

if it's not booting and you have made no changes (like installing new skin, extension or something unsupported) the best bet is to just re-image it.

you can do this over the local network by holding in the button at the back while powering on, wait a few seconds, then let go of button, and browse to the IP on the display in your pc browser, and upload the image through the web interface.

if you have installed something new which has caused problems, you should still be able to browse to it via ftp://root@(dreamboxIP) and remove whatever you just installed.
