800 HD PVR Clone Help needed

I got new 800 HD PVR Clone my problem is that all the channels which I got the box to watch are not working.
I have tried a number of images and cams but no joy. Network is ok, my old box DM 500 SD works fine.

Any ideas

As you haven't stated already, apologies but I'll have to ask some basic questions;

(assuming you have tested the DM 500 box on the same satellite to prove it's not a satellite issue)

1.) which satellite are trying to view channels from?
2.) have you checked the satellite settings are tuned to the correct one? (setup, service searching, tuner configuration)
3.) if using a multi tuner, try disabling the other tuners
4.) did you scan to find channels or are you importing an old scanned channels database?
5.) when you change to a channel, does it download/show the show info?
6.) when you change to a channel, go to setup, system searching, Satfinder, how many dB and SNR are showing, and does "Lock" have a green tick?
7.) are you having trouble on encrypted or FTA/FTV channels? If it's happening on only some channels but not all, you could have a faulty LNB

unless I'm mistaken, the DM 500 doesn't support DVB-S2 so if it's just some channels that are affected (usually the HD channels) then it's more than likely a faulty LNB.
