it was working last week now i keep getting error 10057 function send socket not connected (am talking about my dreambox control center it was connecting last week dont understand message the only thing i have done is to try & install a virtual serial port dont know if that will affect it

What socket isn't connecting. Pc, stb or router. Whichever isn't working press the search button under it. Sounds like ip has changed

have tried setting up a new box with a different ip address that was when it stopped working tried to connect back to my old box when it stopped working tried searching & it finds my old box but wont connect

when i get that error its usaully a lan cable blockage, take out land cable from box and router, reload dcc, i use ver 295, power off box as well, plug back in and try to reconnect. image may have gone wonky as well. even reboot pc

sorted redid all connection s & ip addresses started working think i put in an extra full stop need better glasses thanks again for the quick responses
