NO BT SPORT HD

Can anyone shed any light on this , I have a dbox 800se but i seem to have lost bt sport hd channels even when i do auto bouquet update it does not come back. i have tried putting the new frequency in but my box wont let me select the correct fec .i have found the channels with a manual search before but i have to manually move them to the bouquets then after a few epg reloads they dissapear. thanks

Have you tried replacing the sat.xml file with all the transponder data in for a new one

Hi everyone. I am a compete novice and having the same problem. Any chance I could get a guide for dummy's on how to do this? I have 4 bt sport Chanel's showing after an auto scan but neither work. Any guidance would be appreciated

if you have picked them up on a scan and they are not opening/clearing it may well be an issue with your provider, which can not be discussed here as per forum rules !
