i want to ask if i can upgrade my dm800hd original from ssl76 to ssl84a i cant find anyware what the number of my sim card is.i want to pass new image but i dont know if its ok for my box.thank you...

i have original i check it via mac adress via 9digit number with dreambox.so i make upgrade with sim 210 and stuck ,then i try tp pass the 82ssl and when its done i try newest images but when its loaded the give me whrong or invalid image.so i go to the safe i pass the gemini 5.10 and its finaly work!!!
So can anybody help me to give me the exact ssl84a and the exact image for my box(DM800HD)TO PASS OPEN-PLI OR OTHER NEWEST version images to have iptv and other newest plugins.Thank you and sorry for my english.Comment

, to establish its genuine you do not put the mac address in dmm website, you need to run the authenticity plugin, If it is original then why did you use SIM2 image ? Sim2 is clone , original needs un-modified original images. What does your screen say when the box boots ? sim2 ?

ok i chek it via authenticity plugin and its original.When i pass it the sim2 image the display says SIM210,and stuck.then i use the null modem to load the gemini image.Can you tell me the best way to load the newest ssl for my box to load the new images like
Satdreamgr image v4.0-O.E. 2.0 dm800
Open-Pli
or other newest image to pass the new plugins like as iptv and others

if its a genuine box then dont go installing that sim2 image, you need to install genuine dmm images only , go to Download | OpenPLi - Open Source Set-Top Box Software for infoComment
