Dreambox 800hd keeps rebooting on hd channels only

Hi guys my friend has a Dreambox 800hd Ferrari sim with latest bootloader. Box works fine on sd channels but almost every hd channel he gets tune failed and after a short time box reboots. Ive tried to find a solution and the most common answer is hd channels use more power. Ive tried to flash with 3 or 4 different images and changed psu.
Other than a new tuner any advice gladly appreciated.

Sounds very much like a Tuner issue like the old revison 'L' problem but i assume the box is already on the 'M' revision, Dont rule out the LNB either

Cheers Digicon its actually older than that I thik its a Rev J or K. Box is about 3 years old. Will order M rev tuner and see I that fixes the problem.
