DM800HD HELP

hi there pliz i need some help with DM800HD i have 2 of them one stop working sometime ago the remote control is not active on the box anymore even after reflashing with the old nabilo blackhole the remote still not working with the box i have change batteries but still not working but working well with other boxes and the actual box is booting correctly
and the second one is giving me an error after flashing and say the box is now unuseble is there any way of getting them back pliz help

the 1st unit sounds like a hardware fault, (if you have established it works with other boxes that is) you could take the top off the box and have a look in the araea around the lcd display for loose connection or alternitevely you could use a smart phone with an app for dreambox https://www.google.co.uk/search?sour...ined=undefined
