for your information this is a free forum, you didn't pay for any extra customer service or technical help , people have helped you aplenty given the fact your up 200 posts. I don't often see you helping others or giving your free time as others have done for you, looking at your profile I aint seeing this

cheers pal I did have a read I was just struggling to understand I have flashed many of images on dm800hd and now this new box has come that I bought off ruby in china she said it was the new a8p sim so I now have tried flashing an original openpli 4.0 image and now I have got the dreaded no ca error when I was reading about these sims it said there was no more ca error problems with these sims? I also opened up the box and cannot find anywhere stating what sim it is?

if its one of the newer type have a look at the rear and it may possibly be a Mini USB with flashup button

it is 1 of those mate and wow that was a lot easier i remember it being a right nightmare with old box ha i have flashed my mates southpaw image all is good now and for anybody who has same problem all i did was plug ethernet cable from reuter to back of box then held in the little button at the back of box whilst putting the power lead in once it gives you a ip just put that in brwser and flash new image
