Some channels keep freezing every 2 - 3 minutes

Dreambox 800se - sly uk - some channels with issues: sky sport 1 & 2 HD - sky new HD - 1+ID & sky sports new hd are just some of the channels that keep freezing, sky sports are the worst.

I have a communal dish and nobody else where I am appears to have any issues viewing so I ruled out weather being the cause.

Is there a way to troubleshoot to find out if the issue is the tuner or something else?

do FTA channels work ? bbc etc ? if yes , then you know what your problem is and we dont allow that talk here
