Black Screen on Cloud ibox II

Hey folks,

Need some help/info

Bought a cloud ibox II recently but I'm having some issues. It has Openpli 4.0 image on it but after every few hours, about 8/9 hours, the screen goes black, the remote doesn't work, the box stops responding. I have to remove the power supply and restart and then it works fine.

I'm not sure whether it's a software issue or hardware issue. Can someone shed some light on it?

P.S: I've removed all the extra unneeeded plugins from it but still the same issue.
