Vu solo/Cloud ibox..........Backup image........Help please.

After spending all weekend flashing and messing around and pulling my last remaining hairs out.......

id like to make a backup image and the built in vix one seems to crash and corrupt my box........

I think i used GPback up before or something but what do people recommend and where can i get the plug in they recommend

well i installed gp backup and whilst it backed up the image i wiped the box i tried to restore it and it would have none of it
