Help: DM800HD PVR Reset to factory default without save

I had problems with my dreambox 800HD PVR with the channels images stopping at times and I selected factory reset thinking that it will solve the problem. Now I lost all channels and only coming to this forum did I realised that I am not supposed to do that.

Is there anyway that I can download any replacement for the files that I didn't save so that I can get the box working again. This is for use in Sg.

Another thing I just noticed is that the date is wrong at Jan 1 2000. is that a problem that can be fixed too?
