ONE BOX FREEZES DM800HD

Hi recently got a second box for my bedroom allready got first box working well ---got ethnet cable to first box via router --- did the same set up on 2nd box but when i put ethernt cable from the same router to the 2nd box the picture freezes like mad on one of the boxes other box picture okif i disconnect cable from either box picture ok yes i have 2 seperate lines can any one help please thanks mial

make sure they both got there own I-P address, personally I set all my boxes to have a static I-p rather than dhcp assigning it. menu>setup>network> on box, or can be configured thru routers webif page
