DM800 No Channels Found After Scan

My DM800 was working fine until a few days ago when the channels started glitching including FTA. i Changed the image and tried doing a full scan using 28.2E single dish transponder settings, Now i get no channels when doing a scan and transponder settings show no signal and no tick for locked. I tried my dm500 and that works fine. what could be the problem someone please help

coudl it be the tuner on the box? can you not try it in another room or a friends house maybe your dish has just moved slightly

Problem sorted opened box removed tuner and re connected, works like a dream now.
