Need some help with my DM800hd

Hey guys.

Last night, my dad pressed the off button on the remote then 5 minutes later turned the box off by the plug.

He has come to turn it back on this morning, it boots up, but then a red light flashes a few times on the box then turns off.

My main question is... Is it knackered?

hi m8 looks like your image got corrupted so u need to flash new image then should be fine

How do I flash a new image?
