Enigma 2 could not be started

    Hi,

I have some trouble to run enigma 2 :

    - A lot of errors occured (it seems that some interfaces are missing on my target board).
    - enigma crash at the end

Do you know the list of required services to get back something on screen ?
What are the most critical errors to fix ?

Could you help me please ?

Here is a small log of enigma2

    Thanks in advance,

    Code:
    PYTHONPATH: /usr/local/lib/enigma2/python:/usr/local/lib/python2.7:/usr/local/lib/python2.7/lib-dynload:/usr/lib/python2.7/:/usr/lib/python2.7/lib-dynload

It may help some members with replies if you state the make and model of your Enigma2 receiver

      Thank you for your help.

Receiver: the target system is the ST Orly (STiH416).

      http://www.bdtic.com/DownLoad/ST/STiH416.pdf

The output screen is an HDMI TV screen (1920x1080).

I very much doubt you will get help here with this project mate, getting enigma2 running on a Soc dev board is outside the skillset of most peeps here, who mostly use dreambox and Vu dedicated stb units for running e2 images, good luck in you project tho, it looks a difficult task to accomplish but a really nice powered unit if you do pull it off

Another STi chipset wannabe similar to how it runs on the amiko's as stated above good luck you will need it, E2 for receivers was specifically designed to run smooth on Broadcom/Mips chipsets and no others

Thank you very much for yours responses.

You're right, Enigma is really specific to dreambox. Kernel and components of the ST Orly platform are really different to dreambox's component and kernel.

So, I'll have to wring Enigma or use another software.
