cloud ibox 2 menu not working

    cloud ibox 2 menu not working

    morning all, Ive upgraded to a cloud ibox2.

    I have now encountered a problem. I downloaded a new skin one using the downloads section on the box. Anyway the skin downloaded and I activated it. The EPG works fine and looks OK.
    I now however have a BIG problem in that I cant get the Cloud Ibox menu's to work. By that I mean if i press the menu button on the remote control I am greeted by a blank screen and if press it again the box crashes!

    Can anyone please help? I have no idea what I can do!

    reflash the box mate, new skin is probably not compatible, also you can try deleting the skin folder its, find folder called enigm2 , should be in there if that doesnt work, suggest reflash the box

      thanks for the reply. If i cant access the menu how would i go about deleting the skin folder? sorry if this is a stupid question

          sorry i know im been a pain. How do i find out the box ip address to connect over ftp? bear in mind i cant use the menu on the box? Thanks again for your help by the way

            sorry i was been thick i know how to get the address. If i delete the problem skin will the box revert to the default set up?
