BBC & ITV channels not working

First of all, sorry if I posted in the wrong section.

So everything on my Dreambox is working fine apart from the BBC channels and ITV 1. Everything else (Sky, Dave, etc) work fine. Other people I know have been complaining too. Is there a solution? I'm in south Europe if that helps.
