CrossEPG Rytec XMLTV 7 Day Programming Guide Question/Issue

On Sunday I set up CrossEPG Rytec XMLTV on my solo2 which has the latest vix image for the first time.
The only issue I noticed at the time was that ITV HD Meridian didnt have any programming information.
I'm not really interested in ITV HD Meridian so swapped it in DBE for ITV HD London. Problem fixed. (still need to add a HD picon to this though)

My problem/issue is with the updating of the EPG.
I set it to auto update at 5am everyday which it seems to be doing to a degree.
What seems to be happening is only the freeview channels are updating to a full 7 day EPG.
Now as I type on wednesday I only have 4 days of Sky channels EPG remaining.

I have edited the rytec_tv_xmltv.conf file as Virtuallymore suggests in this post but still the same issue exist:-

Is this a problem for everyone at the moment? Or just me?

No problem for me but i dont use the Vix image and i dont use the XMLTV or XEPGDB i use the OpenTV source which takes the download direct from the EPG transponder.

As your Using Vix i would assume you know that a new release has come out code named Zeus which will be the only supported version of the Vix image from now on.

Ah okay.
if I switch crossepg provider to the open tv one in stead of rytec do I have to delete the rytec info somehow?
or do I just switch and everything falls into place?

switch the Rytec one off in the CrossEPG menu and switch the OpenTV one on
