TS Panel installtion issues concerning Magic number problems

HI all, i am having problems installing only the best plugin ever - TS Panel. I tried installing it manually first as open pli didnt come with it. I installed version 4.8 using dream explorer. It didnt install properly. I uninstalled it then tried re installing the new 5.4 version but having problems getting it to work despite the reinstall. The error that comes is its got magic number related. Does anyone know how to fix this?

curious what is the difference between tspanel 7.3 and tsmedia 5.3 as i had tspanel years ago on vix but crashed box.

not alot but i had a older one on my box that didnt work so updated to 6.8 and that works fine
