hi all

does anyone live in CW1 post code?

really need help

my lad has had a wild time pressing buttons in menu and my attempts to rescan have left us with picture for a minute then freeze

dont know what im doing, had it 2 years no problem but i never set it up so baffled now

got 2 fixed dishes, 3 lnb all in one connector and cable into house

think i need to flash box but wouldnt know where to start - whats an image, a dcc you know

really need it back on for tomorrows late game

i really need to get back up and running

tried to flash using upgrade firmware - nfi file, it just took me to folders on my pc. do i need to do something else - download?
please go easy guys i am useless with pc and elecs but i do want to learn

check the dm 800 (enigma 2 ) forums here

the dmm nfi loading procedure has a clear tutorial on the dmm website which has been there for years (if its still there)

Make sure you know what sim it is before you go flashing the image.
Personally would flash a backup image with everything on it which might things easier for you.
I prefer the Openpli images they least are pretty up-to-date.
