backing up DM800

Hi,
Is there any way I can backup my DM800, so that if I happen to screw it up whilst playing around with it I can restore it to exactly the same as it is now.

depending on the image
hold the blue button or quick press of the button
should be an option called
software manager>backup settings
this will backup settings/channels, ip address, timer ,etc
