Soundbar to dreambox to tv

Is anyone using a soundbar and know how to connect up ?
I've got a optical digital lead not sure if it connects into TV or the dreambox ?
both have optical input, there's no hdmi on the soundbar only ****og and optical
Any help would be appreciated

If I connected the soundbar by optical cable straight to tv and dreambox HD lead to TV
Would this be the way to go ?

you need to connect the Optical from the DM800 to the Optical in on the soundbar
