    Ok try this from a reliable source believe it or not Press power button on front but this time pull lead in and out a few times around 3 quite quickly. ALso have you got the latest version of dreamup with Dm800 support HERE

                        This time I bought a ORG none to be sure ..

                            DM800 No IP

                            I have the same problem No IP No access to DM800
                            tried all possible flashing software
                            is there a way to open DM800 and unplug an IC
                            or other components from the box ...

                                            It's gone some time since you spoke in this thread, but as faar as I can see with the little experience I've got with the 800HD box I own, I would guess that the cable you are using are NOT a Null Modem cable. There are cables that look the same but the connections in theese are straight, which they are not in the Null Modem.
