how to clone a usb stick

Im using flashexpander at the moment with a 2 partioned usb stick.My question is can i clone a usb stick? whatever i do i cannot get a second usb stick to work properly with mediaportal.soon as i update to a later version it disapears.when i stick my original usb in it works fine .Tried lots of things but its as if it only works with one usb stick only with flashexpander.
im doing this as i dont have a backup.Cheers

some e2 boxes like vu are very fussy on what usb stick that works even for flashing,kingston and cruzer i use,have you tried another good make?

Hi cactikid.I have the same make of sticks .They are initialized and mounted correctly .I think the problem is with flashexpander.As the original usb works fine no issues ,but when i take that it out and setup the other usb stick ,it mounts with flashexpander no problem ,ondemand works fine ,mediaportal loads in fine then when i update it loses its plugin path. .All i want is a spare backup stick working with flashexpander just incase it currupts like they do

wonder if possible then to copy to pc desktop the usb contents to load back if needed to same usb stick?

I ftped to the pc but the program crashed.Im looking into image cloning software now .even tried ftping from one receiver to another .Thanks Cactikid

just save the image to your hard disk presuming you have one. as for flashexpander. what you using that garbage for
