how old is the dish ? , is it rusty ? , if its old chances are the cable is quite old also . some times changing the cable can help but if the dish / lnb is on its last legs its maybe best to replace it . the bracket that holds it to the wall is likely ok , you can buy dish kits on ebay etc for a song so maybe get a new dish/lnb and a new length of cable . but try changing the cable first as it may do the job and its a cheap fix , also you say you moved the dish so you may have moved it out of alignment for the sky satellite .

its quite a strong satellite so you can find it easy enough without a satellite meter but a meter would help . as a rule of thumb I find a landmark that's in the south as near as dead on south as you can get , point the dish there and tighten those bolts a little but not fully . then you need to have the dish slightly tilted upward about 3 quarters of an inch to an inch , then tighten those nuts but not fully .now at this point you could check the tv (with box connected to it ) and you may have a sufficiently good signal to get a picture , I usually set the box to the horror channel as its a bit weak signal wise so if that is viewable all other channels should be fine . lastly if you still haven't got a picture turn the dish between 1 and 2 inches leftward (or to your right if your facing the dish ) , start at about an inch and check the tv , move the dish a tad at a time until you have a sufficiently good picture , then carefully tighten all the bolts fully without moving the dish . the box should have a signal strength and signal quality meter in the menus you could use that , both levels should be roughly the same .
i love it when a dreambox comes together.
