help please

hi i just got a new dreambox 800hd working was working fine on 28 east
just got a motorised dish yesterday and struggling to set the box up with it i have set it on thor 0.8 but my dreambox does not even find a signal on it but it shows a perfect picture with an old fortec star reciever any help will be appreciated and where do i find my latitude and longtitude here in glagow thanks in advance guys

Some images register thor as 1 degree and others as 0.8 and the motor wont find it, same sometimes on 28.2 east (astra) it is registered as 28.4 Although this sat is not usually a problem.
Try transponder (1.0W) - 12608.00 H - 27500 3/4
(digitv) i think there is a clear channel on there, move the dish left to right till you get a good signal then save and do a full scan.

load them with a program called dreambox edit 3.0

to setup the progame

use dreambox edit to load these channel settings
run programme
set your ip addy via >options>version3 or new enigma2
hit the open button top left>find the needed file
hit the file button top left corner>fast ftp upload
then reboot
then check your tuner config as there is 28.2 and 28.5 which itvhd is on
this should work
