Help with west

Hi have a pli image on my dream box 800se the image only has all the east satilites on it was wondering if there is a way to put the west channels on it I have downloaded my cats eyes bouquets 75east to west but the west still won't come up thank you

Go into your tuner configuration and enable them.
menu>setup>service searching>tuner configuration
configuration mode simple
mode positioner
Then enter long and lat for your location press green and exit out of setup.
Done
