Streaming via port forwarding on mobile

Hi
Having issues watching live footage
connecting via the dreambox (by dns ip) is fine
logs in, can navigate everything

cant view video... network connection is very stable
port forwarding by noip.me is done with port 80

the direct ip works fine on pc

the direct ip on mobile doesnt even work, same problem

can someone help?
