nabilo sever problem

got a clone dm800 with sim 2.01. using nabilo blackhole v.11(as i 've found it to be stable).
but for a few months now, unable to connect to the nabilo server for downloading any files/settings etc...
any idea how i can use or install a Add-on file?

That is a very old image and the addons server has been down along time. It would be easier downloading TS panel to get the plugins you require or reflash a later image

i tried using later images, and found v.11 to be stable.
how can i download the TSpanel?
