DM800hd won't switch on at first...only after a while!

Hi all, my DM800HD all of a sudden does not want to switch on after I switch it off from the power supply end. The screen remains blank, no signs of life. However if I leave it plugged in it switches itself on after a while, say after 30 or 40 minutes or so. Could it be a power supply issue? I tested it with a multimeter, it does give out 12V though.

Did you try another psu.
It could be bad capacitors/dry joint on the main board, process of elimination mate, but first borrow a mates psu.
