DM800 Tuner Problem

I have a DM800HD (Clone) using Gemini 4.1 image and CCCam - client only.

Currently not working properly due to "TUNER FAILED" issues. It has been working OK although with freezing and stuttering issues when attempting to C/S.

However, it has now started with the tuner issues, I have reflashed the box but still getting the problem. It has happened before when changing channel the tuner SNR goes to 0% and a reboot of the box is required. However, rebooting the box does not now solve the problem. I have to fully power it down before the TUNER STATUS is back to normal - if not only for a while. I have a USB laptop fan attached to it to stop overheating and the box does not feel too hot.

I am thinking that updating the drivers may fix the issue however, because it is a clone I am worried it could brick my box.

Anyone got any thoughts?

double check the cable from the dreambox to the motor and from motor to lnb
this happend to me a while back (if a motorised setup)
