probably easiest way for you to sort it.
perform a full satellite scan. Not sure on your munu so I will assume it is the same as the 800
press menu>setup>service searching>Manual scan

tuner as is
type of scan single satellite
satellite asta 28.2E
rest as is
hit green

it will take 20mins ish
then go into your channel list and you will access you fresh scan there, replace your none working channels via the remote

plenty of channel movement will affect many boxes.
