Is there an easy way to remove ads from recordings ?

Is it possible to let the E2 box handle this or do I have to do it on a PC ?

Running Linux mint and VLC - if it is the PC option.

it has to done on a PC/Laptop there is no editing software as far as i am aware for Linux Enigma2, something like TS-doctor should do the trick
