box not lighting at front,no boot,lights inside green,red,souds like a ticking inside

believing iot needs flashing using dream up and connected to service output and ethernet,it connects but when i switch on nowt happens

Just re read your problem regards flashing your DM800.
Have you checked you power supply unit?

just seen the post too these boxes collect alot of dust you could carefully try opening it and giving a good blow Down!!
