Zgemma H2 Tuner B scans chanels but doesn't run

Heres my issue hoping someone out there is much smarter than me and can fix, I have flashed numerous boxes with no issues, recently I bought four Zgemma H2 boxes each with the same fault (Tuner B not working), When I say its not working it will scan the channels but then I only get FTA, I tested my********** in a seperate box (My own) and it worked fine, Anyone Help?

If your getting the FTA channels working on Tuner B then its obviously not a Box or tuner problem and its something else that we do not discuss on this board

Not wanting to offend but you have posted this in the Sat sub forum, but you do realise that the H2 has 1x satellite tuner and 1x Cable tuner, so if your connecting a satellite feed to tuner B it will never work as it requires a Cable feed ie virgin media

It you have put a cable feed into Tuner B , you will need to put your Virgin area ID and Freq in box for it to scan channels in your area

if he miss named box and is a twin sat tuner box,was there something about switching diseqc in tuner b to get it to work.
since many are having issues with inserting sat cables into wrong ports? also knowing if box is a combo and inserting live feeds into correct ports.
does this box work better with 1.38 or 2.30 used now?

All valid points, hopefully the OP will let us now soon and if it is user error will just laugh it off.

does this box work better with 1.38 or 2.30 used now?

I use both, backup and main, somedays one will work better than the other or both can be problematic, with the 1.38 a lot of problems are due to a poorly configured config file, I reset mine following kiddac's settings and don't get as many problems.

Thanks for getting back guys, I have configured 60+ of these boxes with no issues, my own box runs fine, the latest H2 not H2 s has a new tuner B which is on the bottom not the top like previous models, everything scans and my line is good I just get nothing, the latest open atv also doesn't have a softcam feed however I have configured this yet still tuner b is unresponsive in displaying a picture
