Timeout for tuner lock error message

Whenever my Zgemma 2s tries to auto update bouquets if fails due to a timeout for auto tuner error, any ideas how to rectify this?

Ensure your satellite leads x2 are connected to the correct port on the back of the zgemma; 'LNB in' and 'Tuner A in'

They were in the correct ports but upon checking if they were I noticed that one of the leads had came out of the connector, pushed it back in and all is good, thank you mate.
