    Changing HDD/Storage device on Zgemma 2S

    I'm currently using a 32gb HDD to record things on my Zgemma 2S, however I want to change to a bigger storage device, is it just a case of unplugging the current one then plugging in the new one or do I have to do something within the settings menu before/after?
    thanks.

    Unplug the old one and plug the new one in and do the following;

    Set Up USB Hard drive for Recording/Time shift and EPG storage

    1. Menu-setup-system-storage devices-Initialisation, Select your drive and format it
    2. Menu-setup-system-storage devices-Ext3 to Ext4, Select your drive and change filesystem
    3. Menu-info Panel-Plugins- Swap Manager, Blue to create 256mb, Green to activate, yellow to autostart
    4. Reboot

    If you use Crossepg;
    1. Ensure Menu-Setup-Crossepg-Config ?storage location? is correct, if says ?internal? change to ?your usb drive name?
    2. Menu-Setup-Crossepg-Download Now and let the epg update
    3. Ensure Menu-Setup-EPG-settings ?EPG Location? is correct if says ?internal? scroll to ?/media/hdd?
    4. Menu-Setup-EPG-load/save ? save EPG

      Thanks mate, one last thing, does it have to be in Fat32 format or will NTFS also work?

        It doesn't matter, the zgemma's intialisation process will will reformat it to a Linux EXT file system.
