problems with hdd on d800

I wonder what image you are using. May be an error in the image that crashes when trying to access the saved videos. Try changing the image and see. I'll vote for Nabilosat. Do let me know what fixed the problem.

i take it you initialised hdd first mate
usualy if it records it plays fine never heard of 800 crashing like that if you ftp into box you can read crash log and it should explain what has went wrong hope this helps mate

all i know that it is bootloader 11 with nabilosat image

scoot mate can you ftp into box ?
if yes are your videos saved as ts files
