Dreambox 800 SE

800SE Clone box frozen and cant connect using lan (socket error 10057) after updating open pli image from box remote menu
micro usb type service socket at rear but no serial port
display shows SIM 2 x-3.2-dm800se. 9Z without lan cable connected
Any help appreciated
DCC can find it in search but can't connect (password is correct) other DM boxes here working fine

Connected from an old Windows 7 x64 PC and reflashed image using network, all seems fine again now.
